I came across a article written by TAR BEN and published on frontline online site saying Governor  Darius Ishaku had a disagreement with his Deputy Enrg Haruna Manu on the authentic date for late Governor Suntai burial.

I want to state it clearly that it is not true, there was no any disagreement between the duo neither is there any among the committee members, i must say all that BEN relied on was mere assumptions which is not good for the interest of a state like ours. The Deputy Governor who is the chairman of the steering committee for the burial with his members and came up with a befitting date for the burial which is 19th of August 2017, even though they have been sniffs around others saying 5th while others saying 12th, the committee never gave any official announcement what so ever concerning the date until three days back when a press release was issued by the Chief press secretary to the Gov Hassan Mijinyawa who is also the Secretary sub committee on media and publicity for the burial.

Reading through the article of TAR it was mentioned that the Deputy has no access to his Boss and has always been frustrated by the Gov; that also is not true. In fact I must say this, if there is any Gov who enjoys a cordial working relationship with his Deputy is Gov Ishaku, they've always make consultations together when faced with crucial decisions to enable them  arrived at a befitting solution for the good of the people.

In another paragraph the writer made mention that  some of the Gov supporters are viewing the disagreement as a sign of disloyalty to the Gov by the deputy adding that the Gov had mentioned a earlier date and the Deputy countering it because of 10million Naira, any sane man will understand that such are just assumptions filled with trials of wanting to make stories were there is non. Let me also inform all supporters of the Rescue mission that there was no disagreement on any issue between the duo so for they shouldn't have been anyone been disloyal to any.

It should be reminded of us that the administration of Rescue mission is that of Arc Darius Dickson Ishaku with his Deputy Enrg Haruna Manu so for we shouldn't allow anyone corrupt our minds towards the cordial and harmonious working relationship between the two.

I will want to make it clear finally that the date which is fixed for the burial was approved by His Excellency Gov Darius Ishaku after receiving the committees reports and after several  consultations to enable the state give late Suntai a burial befitting his Status.

I on this note call on all citizens of Taraba home and Abroad to come together on the 19th of August 2017 so as to give our former leader a befitting state burial also to keep praying for the soul of late Suntai to find rest in the bosom of God almighty.
