The people of Wukari lead by His Royal majesty Dr
shekarau Angyu masa ibi Aku uka of wukari today
paid the executive governor of Taraba state Arc
Darius Dickson Ishaku a visit. The visit which was aim
at thanking the governor for a job weldone In the
state and show of love towards them. Dr Shekarau
who spoke on there behalf said they are overwhelm
with joy on the performance of the governor sofar in
the state, speaking he said the consideration giving to
them in terms of engaging there sons and daughters
in the cabinate is overwhelming. He mentioned by
saying over 10 special Advisers and SSA, 3
commissioners, head of service, two members house
of assembly,members reps, chairmen board and
parastertes, permanent secretaries all from Wukari is
a thing too say thank you.
How ever the wise chief apologised to the governor
saying the visit is coming late and would have been
earlier than now but it is better to be late than never
he said. He said giving them all the above mentioned
representatives in the government is like creating a
person with all organs complete, and told the
governor it is remaining breath to enable them
function well.
He finally thanked the Governor for the peace
enjoyed and pray God to bless his government and
give him more wisdom to lead Taraba to the promise
land.
In Responds His Excellency Arc Darius Dickson
Ishaku said he is excited seen them seated in peace
in his chambers just as they do now in wukari. it
would have been better then, but it is best now the
rescue captain said. He told them the peace they
enjoy now is his greatest joy because with peace
development is inevitable and he will always do his
best to sustain the peace. Wukari is one of the place I
have mapped for the 3 health centers to be
constructed and also some roads and I'm on top gear
to make sure that is done. I'm aware of the full
support you gave me during election and I want to
say thank you for that he said.
He finally admonished them by saying he will breath
the air into his alleged creatures as said by Aku uka
and see to it that Taraba enjoys full dividends of
democracy.
