1.The payment of counterpart funds for JICA drilling rig which has been lying dormant for about 2 years.

3. The purchase of high class modern laboratory equipment for water quality control.
4. The purchase water treatment chemicals to ensure good quality water that is safe for the people!
5. The redevelopment and reactivation of the mini water supply system for the Presidential Lodge.
6. The procurement of 500 numbers water pumps for irrigation and dry season farming support to Tarabans!
7.The repair of all broken down plants, pumps and equipment in all water supply stations of the State on assumption of office.!
8. The award of new contract for the Jalingo Primary Water Source to augment existing effort.!
