Since the arrival of this government into office, notable achievement were massively recorded within a relative period of two years, ranging from restoration of peace, security, agriculture, jobs opportunities, rehabilitation /construction of new roads and lots more. Below is a brief and short countdown of some of his achievements.

    Restoration of Peace:  peace is
basically the backbone of every developed society; it is the     foundation in which developments are been laid and made. Like the Gov. Often says ‘give me peace & I’ll give you development’.
Within short period of his coming into office, he made moves to warring communities with the aim of reinstating peace & harmonious coexistence between them, community head of the affected areas where met with and had deep heart-heart talks, strict measures were taking like the organizing of peace meetings in wukari LG & others.  Since DDI”came in to office, there have been no notable wars or community clashes.

2.       Construction/Rehabilitation of roads: transportation, accessibility plays a vital role when it comes to economic  development of a city, one of the giant strides of the DDI administration and the rescue team is the complete rehabilitation of roads, repairs of damaged ones and also creation of culverts & drainages  within the state capital (Jalingo) and other LGs. Worthy  to  note is the construction of
-Roadblock to kona road: This has been as old as Taraba itself but little or no attention was paid to it, until the arrival, of DDI & the rescue team, in no time the road was reconstructed into modern & civilized form, giving the people of the area a sense of belonging and giving Taraba a more city-like look.
-Magami road,
-construction of drainages,
-Expansion of road in some part of jalingo

3.       Tsu strike: on taking the oath of office, one of the biggest challenges faced was the debt in which the state was left in, and the Taraba state university strike, the strike which lasted for over  5months because of inability to meet up the ASSU demand was immediately called-off, within a short period of time.
The governor in his generosity coupled with experience and value for education, went extra mile by leasing with Asuu, NLC & all the affected bodies and smiles returned to the faces of student.
With no doubt development in Taraba state is audible to the deaf and even visible to the blind.
