Some thump printed ballot papers have been discovered in Jalingo, Taraba state capital.
Sources told Taraba reporters that some thump printed ballots papers carrying votes for the All Progressive Congress (APC) has been discovered even when the state is yet to officially receive sensitive voting materials from the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC)
Taraba reporters also gathered from sources that in as much as the ballot papers might not be officially INEC released but it can still be use for rigging in remote areas or villages where they are not well inclined with the materials
